Food safety first
For health and safety reasons, opened food products can't be returned or resold. That said, if something is wrong with your order, we'll take care of it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 daysof delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund - your choice.
Unopened items
Unopened bottles in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account portal. We don't refund a box that has already shipped, but we're happy to help if something went wrong with it.
Gift cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
How to start a return or claim
- Email consumingfirehotsauce@yahoo.com with your order number.
- Tell us what happened, and include a photo for any damage.
- We'll reply with next steps and, where applicable, a return label.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
